48 plus hours – 50% refund
More than 96 hours – 100% refund
We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund or rescedule at anytime due to the bad wind, weather conditions, or unseen mechanical problems.
The skipper or the operations manager has the final call. For the safety of all our passenger, if the conditions are unsafe, we don’t go, most of the time we can try and reschedule or offer an alternate tour session or location.
We are always happy to refund your money back if we cannot provide you with an awesome watersports experience.
